🌍 Overview
This is Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira — just without the kit.
This coffee comes from the Dbarbosa company on Fazenda Cachoeira, a family-run estate in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, an area globally respected for producing naturally sweet, approachable specialty coffees. Grown at around 1,100 metres above sea level, the farm benefits from warm days, cool nights and clearly defined seasons — ideal conditions for slow cherry development and even ripening.
This lot is 100% Red Catuai, a Brazilian mainstay variety prized for its reliability, sweetness and structured cup profile. It performs particularly well at this altitude, producing dense cherries that translate into body and depth in the cup.
It’s not instant coffee.
It just asks for slightly more effort — and rewards you massively for it.
