You want fresh roasted coffee?  We got fresh roasted coffee!  All our coffees are shipped as either whole beans (if you have your own grinder) or varying levels of grind; from espresso (very fine) to cafetiere (very coarse).  You tell us how you want your coffee shipped to you.  If you're not sure - and that's ok, we've been there too - just send us a note and we'll be happy to advise
