Konga — Ethiopia Heirloom

From the highlands of Yirgacheffe, this fully washed lot was produced at the Konga Sede washing station, operated by husband-and-wife team Frehiwot and Gisaw Mekonnen. Cherries undergo a traditional washed process, designed to highlight the clarity and precision for which this region is renowned.

Grown at elevations of up to 2,100 metres, the combination of altitude, fertile soil, and heirloom varietals produces a cup that is both refined and expressive. Expect a bright, structured profile with layered citrus, delicate florals, and a soft, rounded sweetness — a classic and elegant expression of Yirgacheffe terroir.
